Allow yourself self-love

Allow yourself self-love in every moment.

Self-love is the true mastery.

Make yourself happy wherever you are.

No matter what is happening.

No matter what anyone else is doing or feeling.

Unconditional self-love.

It makes life so fun and enjoyable.

That's what everyone really wants.

We all want to be loved.

But, instead of waiting for others to love us.

We love ourselves.


Here are three strategies for self-love mastery.


  1. Welcome negative emotions, thoughts, memories, reactions and hug them in your imagination then zoom out from that perspective. Zooming out like a camera lens. My favorite is to zoom out all the way out on top of Earth. Like a satellite view. I. The beginning this process is a bit bulky. But, in a short amount of time it gets to be a second long. And, you won't need to do it that often. In fact, almost never. And, this deletes thousands and thousands of negative thoughts. This is a very old spiritual practice. And, it's one of the most effective ones for showing self love.

  2. Strategy number two is loving yourself in your mind. All day as you go along just tell yourself how wonderful you are and how much you love yourself. How much you adore yourself. When you are at the beach tell yourself 'I love you, Kloe' :) When you are with others say to yourself 'I adore you'. When you are at the grocery store paying for your groceries say 'look how good you did' ; ' I appreciate you doing all this work'; 'I love you'. Wh n you are with your partner say to yourself 'I love you'.

  3. Next strategy is let yourself do the things you want to do. Could be any idea you get that you think you want to do. Just follow the impulses. For example, you are with others and they want to do something but you get the idea you want to do something else, then go ahead and do it. This tells the law of attraction that I love myself, I give myself what I want, when I want it. I am the center piece of my life. I matter to me. I came for fun. I can for joy. Follow those impulses l. You wake up and you wan to just listen to music and dance, do it. Let yourself have the experiences you want. Now, now, now. Ask yourself what do I want now? What would be fun?
