To live the life you love is easy once you get some momentum going towards what you want.
Here are some simple tips on how to live the life you desire:
- Before you go to bed as you lay down on your bed, think about something that you experienced today that felt good. Once, you find it, revel in it and magnify those feelings. Think about the details of it.
- When you awaken you will be in that same frequency as you fell asleep in. SO look for the same feelings. Bask in the feelings of love. Think about how love feels, and think about how joy feels, how beauty feels, how nature feels, how abundance feels. Going general in feelings is like a little shortcut.
- As you begin your morning, refresh and wear something comfortable and find a beautiful spot for you to take some time to quiet your mind. Spend 15-20 minutes allowing your thoughts to flow, as you intend to quiet your mind. You may use white noise sound for this type of easy meditation.
- After the delicious raising of your frequency during meditation, feel the nectar of your connection to your inner being.
- Maintain your vibration by pre-paving your day. This will be an amazing day. It will be magical. I will have so much fun...
- Use contrast for knowing what you want. When we know what we don't want, we know more clearly what we do want. So, contrast is not meant to bring us to our knees. It's meant to expand us and for our own clarity.
- Use your guidance system. Your feelings let you know in which direction you are focusing. Always, try to match the opinion of source in every moment.
Have fun. Enjoy! Bask more. Let go. Let Source. Allow. Take beautiful breaths. Know your worth. Love yourself. Bask more. Live in vacation mode more. Look for abundance all around you.
