If you have a desire that you’ve been wanting for a while, that dream is already done and it calls you. It’s literally right there. It is so close and if your drop the resistance it pops into your experience. I would love to guide you through a process that will assist you in manifesting your desire. You know when sometimes you are not sure about doing something, you feel resistance come up but at some point, you say F***’it!
Im going for it. For example, your friends invite you to go to a party and at first you don’t know if you really want to go, you don’t feel like getting ready and getting there. But, then your friends are so excited and they paint this picture of fun for you. And, then… At some point, you’re like screw it. it I’m just going to go. And, once you start getting ready, you start to feel excited and you go to the party. And, it turns out to be the best time of your life.
And, there is a great way to trigger this feeling, it is done through visualization. It’s a progressive visualization. It’s a three part visualization.
- Step one is a basic visualization. In this step close your eyes for a few minutes, and imagine yourself having what you want. Just imagine yourself having it. Maybe you want a super successful career, close your eyes sit there and think about it. Think about you having it. And, really try to flesh out the visualization. The more that you flesh it out, the better.Think about,
what would I be wearing,
where would I be going,
what I would be doing,
how would my day look?
Really flesh it out…
Give it a lot of components, fill in that reality.
The purpose of doing this visualization is to get your mind on board with having your desire. Don’t worry about the details being exactly as you want them to manifest. That is not the purpose of this step. This is just for your mind to get into resonance with what you want.
Maybe my dream is to have my dream home, and I will sit there thinking about having my dream home. I am being very unattached to all the specifics. Just going through the motions. What might it look like. How might it feel.
What dream are you wanting to manifest soon? Let your mind think about it. The more you think about it the more you get in resonance with what it is that you want. Once, you have visualized your dream.
Move on to the…
- Second part of the visualization. Now, think about how will your life improve when you have that thing that you want? So, what we are doing here is, we have done the part of visualizing our dream and we are now stepping a step further, and we are thinking more peripherally about our life. In that future moment where not only do we only have what we want, but we are starting to notice all of the improvement that has come into our life because of getting what we want. Now, this is fantastic because this gets your mind stretched out further than just having your desire. This is practicing the aftermath of having it.
So, let’s say again I want to manifest my dream home so I imagined having it but now how has my life improved?
Maybe, my kids are going to a better school.
Maybe, I live in a better neighborhood where things are cleaner.
Or, there is a beach near by, or better neighbors…
Ask yourself now how has my life improved because I got the house.
Third step, go one more step further. Activating the f-it moment. Get your mind to think further out. In this visualization, envision yourself in that place where you already have what you want, your life has improved. Well, now what? Now, what do you think you’re going to want to manifest next? You are imagining yourself already having what you want, I already done it. It’s old news. So, now what? So, again let’s say we want to manifest the house. We already visualized having the house, we visualized how our life would improve, and now what’s next? What would I be wanting at that point? Close your eyes and think about that.I’m in a new home, I’m in a new neighborhood, what’s the next stuff that I’m gonna start wanting. I got the house, what next? This process takes you way passed having it. It’s already been done. That’s the vibration we want to have in order to materialize our dreams.
