We know - joy is the key.
And, we know that feeling good is what matters more.
So, having some handy-dandy techniques for regulating your emotions is key.
Today, I want to share one of my favorite techniques I use to regulate my nervous system and get back into flow.
So, whenever I feel a reaction coming up or a negative emotion springs forth within me, I know my focus is off from my inner beings.
Instead, of just keep going down the emotional scale, I have a little cute trick.
I do breathing exercises.
The technique is this…
Take a deep breath in for four counts.
Hold for 6 counts, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…
Then, exhale for a count of 6, through your mouth.
Repeat until you feel relief.
This is a great technique as you can do it when you are around people and it is descreet enough.
This helps you maintain a high frequency so that you can get back to manifesting and thinking on purpose.
