We often hear 'stay positive'.
But, how do we actually do it?
Today, I want to share with you what works for me.
Being positive is a mental process of course.
And, you have to become aware of your thoughts first.
You have to know if what your are thinking is positive or negative.
I take it most of you already know the difference and have done a lot of spiritual work.
Meditation to clear your mind helps you get ahead of your thoughts, but it's not necessary.
Unless, it's calling you than definitely meditate.
So, first step is you think positively on purpose.
This can easily be done by pointing out beautiful feelings, ideas, what you love in your environment.
This is a wonderful pre-paving and makes your life amazing.
I love this, I love that, I feel this, I feel that.
Everywhere you are turn your thoughts positive, towards what you love.
Second, notice when you have negative thoughts and turn them around.
You notice yourself thinking negatively about things you don't like, what you don't want.
Then, you turn these around towards what you want.
For example, he doesn't love me, I'm not good enough to he adores me and I am amazing.
It's that simple really.
I don't have money to I have money.
I don't feel good to I feel good, I feel strong, I feel healthy.
I love myself...
And, make it fun.
Make a decision right now, you are turning positive.
It will change your life.
Your mind will remind you...
