One truth I want to shout it from the roof top is...
Drum roll please -
Get good at telling a new story.
In the beginning it's a little harder to tell a new story.
You don't have access to other frequency thoughts.
But, it pays off to use all your efforting energy to tell a new story.
Little by little.
You pick new thoughts.
Thoughts that feel like a possibility.
And, just like when you first move to a new town and you have to drive around, you don't know any roads.
It feels uncomfortable at first to even get to the super market. Because, the brain does not recognize the roads, yet. It has to work a bit harder to stay on the lane and to see the lights and everything.
But, after awhile your driving becomes automatic.
Your brain has created the neuropathways about every sensation while driving.
You know exactly when to turn, when to slow down, where are the bumps.
You can even close your eyes and if someone else is driving you will know exactly where that pothole is and you can pull up the image of how the surroundings look.
So, it's the same with practicing a new story.
It's like moving into a new story, a new mental home.
You start by practicing the story little by little, gathering new thoughts, creating new mental images.
Imagining the way you want everything to go in your life.
And, then bam!
It becomes automatic. You don't need to effort anymore. Your mind has created the pathways and the roadway to the story you love and life begins to mirror it.
Then, you can tell the opposite of any story you see in the now that you don't like.
You just tell it in a way that pleases you.
You never face reality anymore.
And, that's the mastery.
That's the joy of mastery.
That's what makes life fun and joyful.

Everyone else gets to tell their own story and that is the way we like it!!!!
