Tend to your own vibration

I love knowing that I create my own reality.

It brings so much pleasure to know that I create and attract my every single experience.

This makes me feel so empowered.

Because, I can always change my focus and attract something else.

I am truly unlimited and there is nothing better than this, in my opinion.

I love knowing that in all my moments 'all is well'.

And, this is just my playground where I get to enjoy what I am choosing in this now and this now.

I would like to share with you, three easy steps on how to maintain your vibration so that you too can take responsibility of everything that you experience.

And, that you get to know that no one else is creating in your experience.

It's all you.


Okay dear, here are the steps:


Step 1. Make feeling good your priority. This means that you make how you feel the number one item on your list. How you feel is everything, and you attract your whole experience based on how you feel. Make feeling good in the now your main focus. This calls for putting yourself first, and not allowing contrast or another person dominate your vibration. You dominate your vibration and you do this by focusing on what you want, what you love, thoughts and feelings that feel good. When, you notice a negative emotion arise, you make it a priority to tend to your thoughts in that moment.

Step 2. Meditate every morning fr 15 minutes with the intention of clearing your mind. This is a necessary tool to develop in your life in order to raise your frequency first thing in the morning. I meditate when wake up, listening to an central air sound for 15 minutes just allowing my thoughts to flow until i get to a quiet mind and I feel this sense of detachment. This is when you will feel your frequency raise and you can taste the nectar of syncing with your inner being. Building momentum with meditation everyday is my favorite part fo my life. When we quiet our minds, we stop momentum and when we stop momentum, we stop unwanted attraction and then it all starts to flow freely into your life. Giving you the keys to driving your fast moving, ferrari mind :)


Step 3. Make life centered around your alignment. Not your contrast. Many people make living in contrast the most important event. But, what we focus on grows so you want to minimize contrast by staying off the topics that feel hard and maximize your alignment by putting your attention towards things that feel good to you. Make it a eternally happy loving hunting quest. DO the same with others minimize their contrast, better yet don't even notice, because as soon as you notice some else out the vortex, bloop you go out as well. So, take attention away from their asking and live in answer mode. In your mind think about things that have no resistance. Like butterflies, blue glass, feathers...Anything easy.


Don't blame others, don't live in the past, don't say trauma, don't say trigger...Just look for things that feel good to you and are easy for you to focus. Anything, will do. And, you don't have to keep telling the Universe what you want, the Universe already knows and it has already become it. So, just make a career of feeling good, living happily ever now.
