For 5-15 minutes everyday visualize your desire.


Make it fun and enjoyable.


Create a statement around your desire and then sit in a comfortable space where you won't be distracted.


Take few deep breaths and clear your mind.


Allow the imagery to come to you as you visualize your desire.


Picture yourself in the desire and see how you look, how you are dressed, imagine your dream car, or your dream home, or your dream bank account, or dream relationship.


Allow your imagination to soar.


Feel the feelings..


Repeat, everyday for 2 weeks and see what happens.


Follow on impulses throughout the day.


Read your statements in the morning and in the evening.
