This is a beautiful practice of welcoming negative emotions, thoughts, experiences.
When you welcome any negative emotion, you are stopping resistance and further attraction power.
Some emotions, thoughts, experiences we have a lot of momentum around.
So, with this process you stop resistance and you allow the emotions to flow.
Next time this emotion shows up, it won't have that much momentum and the feeling will be much lighter.
And, the next time you welcome it, it gets lighter and lighter until it peters out.
This frees so much of your energy up and with some time you won't have negative emotion anymore.
This is step 5 of creations, where we experience contrast in happiness and joy.
When we say no to contrast this is called resistance.
When we welcome the experience this is allowing mode.
Negative emotions are covering up your natural nature of happiness.
What we tend to do with negative emotions is we resist them, because they don't feel good.
We don't want to feel fear. We don't want to feel disappointment, and so we push them away.
We think we are pushing them away but we are actually expanding them and giving them more power of attraction.
And, so welcoming is the opposite to resisting.
Now, you're going to welcome the negative emotion.
So, when a negative emotions arises, imagine that that emotion is a really good friend of yours. and, you're just allowing it to be here in the body.
You are imagining it as your friend and you are welcoming it and embracing, imagining putting your arms around it.
You can tell it I love you, and then zoom out in your mind, kind of like a camera zoom.
Something, incredible happens as you do this within seconds it just dissolves.
And, in that moment you just managed to let go of a lot of negative emotions, which includes thousands of habitual negative thoughts with it.
You can do this with thoughts, memories, people...
It's truly a freedom practice.
In couple of days of doing this you will noice how you no longer get pulled into negative patterns and feelings.
Your point of attraction improves.
Manifesting things becomes much easier, things start to flow.
It's such an amazing practice.
