Why meditate, anyway?

Hello dear reader,


It has been one year since I made the decision to meditate each morning upon my wakening, and I can tell you this- the results are astonishing. So far I have cured anxiety and I now feel at peace, I have clarity, clarity of thought, clarity of inspired action, overflow of love. I find so much joy and love for my life, I feel determined and eager about my life. Meditating for 15 minutes a day makes such a big shift in our awareness. It is a powerful tool for clearing the mind of thoughts, and connecting with our inner being and guidance.

Passion. Determination. Eagerness. Clarity. Abundance. Purpose. Decisiveness.
